SHIPPING

 

  • Shipping is FREE to destinations anywhere in the US or Canada! 
  • Shipping is typically through UPS Standard/Ground 
  • Tracking is provided on all orders
  • If your address is rural, a PO box, or unrecognized by UPS, we will use USPS/Canada Post with tracking 
  • All custom products take 1-2 weeks to manufacture
  • Stock designs typically ship within 1-2 days

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

  • Returns/Exchanges are not available on any custom made products. If something is wrong with your order or you are not satisfied, just email support@headgearhats.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue!
  • Returns on stock items can be made within 7 days
  • Returns must be new, undamaged and unworn
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer
  • There is a 25% restocking fee on all stock returns
