What started as a few experimental hat designs for friends and family quickly turned into something much bigger. That small spark led us on an unexpected journey, pushing the boundaries of what branded gear could look like. Today, we’re proud to offer custom hats that are anything but ordinary.

Full Color is finally here

After converting your logo to CAD, we use industrial machines to add your logo in full color glory to a metallic badge and then contour cut to shape. After hand sanding, adding contour, and a final quality check, these badges are riveted right to the front of your chosen hat using your choice of color. The metallic finish on the badge base gives your logo, and every color in it, an anodized look.

How The Process Works

1. Upload your design and choose your options

Take a look at our social media or website examples for different colors, powder coat options, and badge placement. Choose exactly what you want and place your order!

2. Receive your render via email

We ALWAYS email a detailed rendering for you to approve or adjust, before we make any hat. Make sure you check your junk/spam folder for our render link, and let us know if you don't receive it within 2 business days.

3. We make your hats

After receiving your approval, we'll cut your badges and mount them to your hats with your desired options within 10 business days. We usually ship via FedEx, and most customers receive their order within 4 business days, anywhere in the USA and Canada.

4. want to reorder?

Reordering is super easy. Just shoot us an email with your desired quantity; we'll send you an invoice with all of your prior details. Once you pay, you'll receive your hats exactly the same, faster than your original order.

Shipping

Free shipping over $40.00 applies to all eligible orders within the United States and Canada. Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS, but larger orders may go USPS Priority or FedEx.

Shipping to the East coast averages around 1-2 days, while shipping to the West coast averages around 2-3 days (after manufacturing time).

Duty and Tariffs

At this time due to high stock levels, our orders will not be affected by tariffs, and customers in the US and Canada will not receive a bill upon delivery, guaranteed.

International Shipping

We do offer FedEx shipping at checkout quoted rates to countries outside of the US and Canada. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to tax owing upon delivery (does not apply to USA and Canada).
